Weekly 1-1 sessions

have a weekly 1-1 session with our director Ruaridh, with a time that works for you, every week for 6 months. 1-1 sessions allow us to personalise your strategy and really get into the teeth of the deals you want to find, and we will even use our sessions to find leads live with you so you can see the real A to Z on Property Sourcing.

Weekly group sessions

Have a weekly group session hosted by Ruaridh and our mentoring partners, David and Nicola from DnB homes with all the mentees, to allow everyone an opportunity to speak together, and run through some different things to give some knowledge in different areas.

Investor list

As one of our mentees, when you find a deal you will have the opportunity to sell it to through our investor list, this can be a great way to start building up your credibility as you begin your sourcing journey.
